Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with subprocessors who help us deliver the platform (hosting, analytics, support tools). A full list is available at /subprocessors. WhatsApp message data is processed via Meta's Cloud API or supported BSP infrastructure in accordance with Meta's platform terms.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. Customer-owned data such as contact lists and conversation history can be exported before account closure.
