Pricing/Conversation costs

WhatsApp conversation costs, explained clearly

Meta charges per 24-hour conversation, not per message. GBTick passes these costs through at cost with full per-conversation visibility in your wallet ledger.

Four conversation categories

Each conversation is classified by who initiated it and what purpose it serves. The category determines the per-conversation rate.

Common questions

What is a 'conversation' on WhatsApp?
A conversation is a 24-hour messaging session between your business and a customer. Once opened, you can exchange unlimited messages within that window for a single conversation fee. The session resets after 24 hours.
Does GBTick add a markup on Meta conversation charges?
No. GBTick passes Meta's conversation charges through at cost. You see the exact same per-conversation rate that Meta bills. GBTick's own platform fee is separate and covers seats, features, and support.
How does the 24-hour free service window work?
When a customer sends your business a message, a 24-hour customer-service window opens. Any reply you send inside that window is classified as a Service conversation and is currently free. After the window closes, you must send an approved template, which opens a new paid conversation.
Are prices the same for every country?
No. Meta prices conversations differently by country and category. India pricing is shown above as a representative range. Prices for international numbers are available in your GBTick wallet settings once a phone number is connected.
Where can I see my actual charges?
Every conversation charge is recorded in your GBTick wallet ledger in real time. You can filter by date, category, template, or phone number and export the full ledger as CSV.

Ready to see your actual costs?

Connect a WhatsApp number and GBTick shows you real per-conversation rates before you send a single message.
