PII masking

What is PII masking?

When PII masking is enabled for a role, contact phone numbers and personal details are partially hidden in the UI. Agents in masked roles cannot see or export full phone numbers.

Enabling PII masking

Go to Settings → Team → Roles → Edit Role → Enable PII Masking. All agents assigned to that role will immediately see masked data.
