Quick-start guide
Step 1 - Create your workspace
Sign up at gbtick.app and create your organisation workspace. You can invite team members, set roles, and configure departments later.
Step 2 - Connect a WhatsApp number
Go to Settings → Provider → Add Number. You can connect a number via direct Meta Cloud API or through a supported BSP. Have your WABA ID and phone number ID ready from Meta Business Manager.
Step 3 - Sync your templates
Once your number is connected, GB Tick automatically pulls all approved Meta message templates. Go to Templates → Sync to refresh manually at any time.
Step 4 - Send your first message
Open the Inbox, find or create a contact, and send an approved template message. Your first live message confirms the connection is working end-to-end.
Step 5 - Invite your team
Go to Settings → Team → Invite Members. Assign roles (Admin, Agent, Viewer) and optionally assign members to departments for automatic conversation routing.
