Connect a WhatsApp number
Prerequisites
You need a verified Meta Business Account, a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), and a phone number that is not already registered on the WhatsApp consumer app.
Via Meta Cloud API (direct)
Navigate to Settings → Provider → Add Number → Meta Cloud API. Enter your WABA ID, Phone Number ID, and System User Access Token. GB Tick will verify the webhook and confirm the connection.
Via a supported BSP
Select Settings → Provider → Add Number → BSP Route. Choose your provider from the list, enter the credentials they supply, and GB Tick will configure the routing automatically.
Verify the connection
After saving, GB Tick sends a test webhook to confirm receipt. A green 'Connected' badge appears in your Provider Settings once the handshake is complete.
