Template variables
Broadcast Campaigns
What are variables?
Variables are placeholders in your template body marked as {{1}}, {{2}} etc. At send time, GB Tick replaces each variable with contact-specific data from your CSV or audience segment.
Mapping variables
In the broadcast builder, you map each variable to a CSV column. For example, {{1}} → column 'First Name', {{2}} → column 'Order ID'.
Fallback values
Set a fallback value for each variable in case a contact's CSV row is missing that data. This prevents sending blank or broken messages.
