Create a broadcast
What is a broadcast?
A broadcast sends an approved WhatsApp template message to a list of opted-in contacts simultaneously. Each contact receives an individual message - not a group message.
Step 1 - Choose a template
Go to Broadcasts → New Campaign. Select an approved template. GB Tick shows the template preview including all variables, media, and buttons.
Step 2 - Build your audience
Upload a CSV of contacts or select a saved audience segment. GB Tick validates all phone numbers (including Excel-safe E.164 formatting) and shows a readiness report before you proceed.
Step 3 - Fill variables
Map CSV columns to template variables. Preview a sample message with real data to confirm accuracy before sending.
Step 4 - Wallet check
GB Tick calculates the total estimated cost based on contact count and conversation category. Your wallet balance is shown. The broadcast will not queue if your balance is insufficient.
Step 5 - Schedule or send
Send immediately or schedule for a future date and time. Once sent, the campaign moves to the Analytics view where delivery, read, and reply rates update in real time.
