Webhook events reference
Registering a webhook
Go to Settings → Developer → Webhooks → Add Endpoint. Enter your HTTPS URL and select which event types to subscribe to.
Signature verification
GB Tick signs every payload with HMAC-SHA256 using your webhook secret. Verify the X-GB Tick-Signature header to confirm the payload is genuine.
Event types
message.received, message.delivered, message.read, message.failed, conversation.opened, conversation.closed, broadcast.completed, contact.opted_out
Retry policy
GB Tick retries failed webhook deliveries up to 5 times with exponential backoff over 24 hours. Events that fail all retries are logged in your Developer dashboard.
